Delegating can be very nerve-wracking and often takes more time than just doing it yourself. But without it, you might run out of time.

About the course

Once you master the art of delegating you not only free up your time for other tasks but also enable others to grow and succeed. However, delegation is not black and white. There are a lot of grey areas. Understanding the person you are delegating to, assessing their ability to do the task and their will in finishing the task will help you understand the degree to which you delegate. This allow you to delegate with confidence. During this session, discover the different levels of delegation and which to choose.
