Once you master the art of delegating you not only free up your time for other tasks but also enable others to grow and succeed. However, delegation is not black and white. There are a lot of grey areas. Understanding the person you are delegating to, assessing their ability to do the task and their will in finishing the task will help you understand the degree to which you delegate.
