About the course

Ever wonder why there are some people who just don't get you and who you just can't understand? This session introduces you to four different personality styles at work (Driver, Analytical, Expressive, Amiable) and explains how to interact with each personality style. Engaged to an Analytical, working with an Amiable and as an Expressive/Driver, this understanding has helped Katherine countless times. By understanding other people's preferred communication style, you can minimise miscommunication and build strong, positive relationships.
