About the course

It seems for many of us the answer is no, and at the end of the day we wonder where the time has gone! Procrastination, feeling overwhelmed, and not being organised are some of the main enemies of time. In this session, learn the tools and tips to help you manage your time. Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Learn how to be in control so at the end of the day you have time to spare!
