About the course

Through the challenging times ahead, you can master the skills and new ways of tackling pressure and stress so that you can persevere and thrive. The trick is not to be overwhelmed. During this session, you will learn more about the pros and cons of pressure, how to avoid detrimental beliefs, and how to maintain a healthy level of stress.
