Creating Influential Messages

A great influencer is able to suggest their ideas in a way that makes the other person want to say yes!

About the course

Bullying, tricking and pushing people to see things your way is not very productive in today’s world. Only through great communication, knowing what questions to ask, and then positioning your request in the correct manner, can you entice others to your way of thinking. In this session, learn how to understand someones needs, issues and concerns and then create a value driven message catered to them.

Course Outline:

  1. Asking truly open-ended questions to gain valuable insights
  2. The art of active listening
  3. Components of a value driven message
